Tortilla Casserole

I made this awhilw ago and everyone loved it so much I decided today to try making it again (try as I didn't have the recipe.)

Tortilla Casserole
Serves 4-6

6 small flour tortillas, torn into pieces
1 small can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 medium chicken breast, cooked &shredded (i used 2 cans of chicken since it was what we had on hand
1 1/3 cups sour cream
3/4-1 cup taco sauce ( I used La Victoria taco sauce but you could easily use salsa or any other taco sauce)
1 cup mexican blend cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Use just enough of the shredded tortillas to cover the bottom of the dish. Combine shredded chicken,soup,sour cream and taco sauce in medium bowl. Spread 1/2 of the mixture over tortillas. Add more tortillas to cover mixture. Spread rest of sauce mixture over tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas and cheese.Bake for 30-35 minutes.

This recipe easily doubles.
