Bits of Sweetness: NW Washington Fair Early Discount Tickets!!

NW Washington Fair Early Discount Tickets!!

If you live in Washington (or Canada!) and love going to the fair, you will definitely want to put this special day on your calendar! They are going to have discount tickets available on Tuesday May 22nd inside all Woods Coffee locations from 7am-11am and only May 22nd!! Carnival wristbands will be on sale for $20 (normally $30!) and tickets into the fair will be on sale for $7 for adults (normally $10!) & $4 for youth 6-12 (normally $6) This fair is a favorite tradition of ours. Everything about it so much fun- the setting in beautiful Lynden, rich with Dutch heritage of which you can see throughout the town, the huge fairgrounds with many unique vendors, fun displays (they have an impressive lego one every year which Josh & Andrew love!!), the animals, the famous Moo-Wich ice cream sandwich made with delectable ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies, and of course there are the rides! Every year they also have a free concert with a mainstream Christian artist. The fair has seen the likes of Jars of Clay, Mercy Me in the past! This year's artist is Chris Tomlin! They also have other great events like a demolition derby! Because the fair is surrounded by neighborhoods, you can find free parking fairly easily.
It's an all-day event fun for the whole family (they even have a teen hangout spot!)
This is one special day you will want to put on your calendar!

  1. It is SUCH a part of summer!! I just realized I'm not working this year and can go to our local smaller one that has a free day during the week so I'm excited about that! We usually don't go to ours since adults are $9 and it's a small fair, and the much bigger one up north is $10- just a dollar more for a lot more to do and see! That is great you guys can get tickets through his work! What fun!
