Bits of Sweetness: Thankful Thursdays

Thankful Thursdays

I can't believe it's already almost Thursday. We've been having so much fun at VBS this week at our church that the week has just flown by. (Not a bad thing, right? ;-) ) It's funny. If I have a hard time remembering which day of the week it is, I just think about whether the garbage has been picked up yet or not. (Ok so this sounds funny to go by what day of the week it is, but our area has the tiniest garbage cans you've ever seen. Our recycle cans are the size of normal cans. So garbage day around here is a big deal lol. Especially if you miss a week! Ha!)

This week I'm thankful for:

Getting a really long walk in today to our local farmer's market
(even though I seriously almost turned around. I'm thankful I decided to just keep up.)
The fact that we have a farmer's market within walking distance
with such a lovely array of colors and smells.

Time with Andrew on our walk and at the market.
He was so cute trying to pick out what he wanted.

We have our favorite stand we always buy from.
Everything was usually picked just that morning!

{Our finds today- cucumbers, carrots & tay berries. All of which we had at dinner tonight!}

 I'm also thankful for humorous moments in pregnancy like
not being able to remember anything for more than 1 second.
(Although I'm not sure if this is more humor or annoyance? Maybe both?!)

The fun Andrew and Josh have together

{Andrew is balancing on Josh's hands! Serious little nut!!}

Thankful for Andrew getting to bed before midnight like last night. Anytime he rests or takes a nap he is up late(like, 11, midnight, 1... etc). No nap time or quiet time for us until bedtime :( Thankfully Josh is off in the afternoon and I can sometimes get a nap in for mysefl!

And photosessions that turn out like this right out of the camera!

Last but not least: discovering Jamba Juice's White Gummy smoothie. Wherehaveyoubeenallmylife?!?!?! So good. And totally on their "underground menu" ;-)
Tastes just like  white gummy bear! Mmmm....
So thankful to our youth pastor for introducing me to that!!!

So. What are you thankful for this week? Any highlights so far? Feel free to grab a button & link up!
